Hope City Merchandise Request Form

A Hope Center Fundraiser

Hope City is excited to offer 6 custom shirts and a tumbler for sale. All proceeds from these merchandise sales will go directly to our Buildling Fund to build the Hope Center.

Please note, we do not keep live inventory. When you complete this form, we will verify we have the sizes of each shirt you requested and will email you to let you know if we can fulfill your order or not.

When we email you, we will let you know what we have and when you can pick it up. You will be able to choose to pick up at the Hope City office Monday-Thursday, 9:00-3:00. We will also ask your preferred payment method: cash, check, or credit card. If you select credit card, we will send you an online invoice to pay for Sunday pickup or you can pay in person via credit card if you select office pick up.

The gray crewneck Hope City sweatshirt runs a little bit over-sized. All other shirts are unisex sizes and are true to size.
