Parents' Night Out Registration Form

Hope City Youth will be hosting a Parents Night Out February 16th from 6:00pm ~ 10:00pm at Shoal River Middle School.

Ages 6 months to 5th grade are welcome.

Admission at the door will be $30 for the first child and $10 for each additional child. Hope City will accept payment via cash, check, or credit card.

Pizza will be provided for dinner for each child registered.

Funds raised during this event will go towards Hope City Youth students' cost for camp! Support our students and have a child-free date night!

Children will be watched by our Hope City Youth students who will be supervised by our Hope City Youth Volunteers. All Youth volunteers have been background checked and are members of our Hope Team.
